Ryobu-Kai Japanese Martial Arts new parent and child class starting

There will be a new Japanese Martial Arts class starting at the Woodingdean Community Centre, on Tuesdays 5-6pm.
This is a special class for parents who wish to take up an activity with their Children. Children must be aged 8 years and above.
The classes will be fun and light with an emphasis on introducing the benefits of traditional martial arts practice.
Tracksuit bottoms and a tee shirt is all you need to begin. The first class is free of charge then £4.50 per session from there on.

Monday morning adults 9.15 – 10.45am
Tuesday under 10 years 3.35 – 4.35pm
Tuesday mixed parent/juniors over 8 years 5-6pm
Tuesday Adults 6.30 – 8.30pm
Thursday under 10 years 4-5pm
Thursday over 10 years 5.15 – 6.15pm
Thursday Adults 6.15 – 7.45pm
Friday adults ju-jitsu/weapons 5-6.30pm
