'We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our expanding team. The successful applicant will be a motivational leader, who is able to coach, train and encourage their team, and have personal attributes of confidence, a determination to succeed and who will also be competitive, organised, able to set goals and assess and monitor progress within the marketplace.'

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful applicant must have excellent interpersonal skills,
a proven track record as an estate agent winning new business,
together with the ability to negotiate complex transactions whilst ensuring exceptional customer service.

The manager will be expected to deal with every aspect of the estate agency business whilst looking after their team, growing the market share, and leading a successful office.

The manager will also be expected to meet targets and provide referrals for associated services that we offer.

Remuneration will depend on previous experience. A company car will be provided.

The opportunity and training will be provided for those who wish to take the NAEA technical award.
