4 Gold Medals for Ryobu-Kai (Japanese Martial Arts)

Woodingdean Ryobu-Kai pride themselves on Traditional martial arts practice. However, once or twice a year we do enter the odd competition. This weekend’s event was the Seaford Shotokan Tournament. Competitors from clubs as far as London and Birmingham were competing.

Our team of juniors and adults managed to come away with four gold medals, three silver and two bronze. More importantly they also came away with a few more friends and priceless memories.

A very eventful and fun way to avoid the wet and windy weather.
